Our Fundamentals class melds proven strength workouts with our personal trainers that know how to push you to your limits. These classes are focused on developing core strength while building your cardiovascular base. Not only will you start with Fundamentals, but you will find yourself coming back to our Fundamentals class even after you have progressed to Cross training/TRX!
These classes include unique strength training methods with increased cardiovascular training, agility, plyometrics, and balance. These workouts will push you past your limits regardless of your current fitness. These classes cram more workout into an hour than you ever thought possible!
TABATA! This method was invented in 1996 by Izumi Tabata. It uses 20 seconds of ultra-intense exercise (intensity of about 170% of VO2max) followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated continuously for 4 minutes (8 cycles). This method uses a rotation of short burst of maximum effort followed by short periods of rest to bring amazing metabolic results.
What this means is you will be exhausted after this class! No matter what level of fitness you are, you will be challenged!
This is an advanced class geared towards busting plateaus. Kettlebell, barbell and body weight drills. This is an intense strength and skill based workout focusing on increasing functional fitness. Once your technique is efficient you can attend, ask a trainer before scheduling your first class.
